What is included in a standard yacht charter?
Every charter comes with an experienced crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and a selection of refreshments. Each service varies - for example, sunset cruises come with premium snacks, whereas corporate charters feature meeting facilities and tailored catering.
How far in advance should I book?
To secure your preferred date, we suggest reservations be made 2–3 weeks in advance, or 4–6 weeks in advance for private events or business bookings to ensure availability and provide us time for any special arrangements.
What happens if weather conditions are poor?
Our primary concern is safety. In case the captain deems weather unsafe, we'll propose a new date or offer a complete refund. We keep an eye on forecasts and will reach out if there's concern about conditions 24 hours before the scheduled departure.
Can I bring my own food and beverages?
Absolutely, you are free to bring your own provisions. Alternatively, we provide excellent catering services that can be personalized to your taste. Note that for safety, glassware is not permitted on the yacht.
Are your yachts accessible for guests with mobility limitations?
We aim to be inclusive for all of our guests. Various vessels have different accessibility options. Reach out to us with your requirements, and we will advise on the most accessible yacht and any special arrangements needed.
What is your cancellation policy?
A full refund is issued for cancellations made 72 or more hours before departure. Within 24–72 hours, a 50% refund is provided. There is no refund for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to departure, except in instances of unsafe weather or yacht malfunctions.
